ICF Global Summit 2020

This year we will focus on small, remote, rural, indigenous communities and neighbourhoods and smart districts in the major cities. Much can be learned for these agile communities. They have become pilot cities, living labs and testbeds for many new approaches to becoming lean, efficient, cost effective cities, based on broadband and data-enabled evidence-based decision-making. Many are also concerned about the talent and workforce in these communities; affordable housing, mobility, health care and security. Even more are now talking about data governance, privacy and smart city ethics as well as inclusion, sustainability and citizen-centric design and engagement.
